It was a pleasure to have Alyssa Ball @belsolewellness share her tips on how to simplify Healthy Living as a parent, especially managing 3 young kids.
Alyssa Ball is the founder of bel sole wellness, an online wellness coaching and energy healing practice geared to help others create a strong foundation for their health and well-being. Alyssa is a Registered Nurse (RN), Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (HWNC-BC) and Reiki Master. Simply put, her vision is to help create beauty and balance in the lives of her clients. Alyssa’s personal struggle with anxiety sparked a deep sense of purpose to discover her own path to healing. The heart of her coaching is based on the mind-body-spirit connection as she believes health is multidimensional and healing comes from within. As an integrative nurse coach, she uses a holistic approach to collaborate with clients to integrate positive and sustainable changes, and empowers them to discover creative possibilities. She facilitates healing through the use of mindfulness, reprogramming negative thoughts, accessing inner wisdom, energy work and health promotion & prevention. Alyssa is also a wife and mother to three beautiful children.
