Yoga, as outlined by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras, is an 8-limbed path to a meaningful and balanced life. And the secret to every pose? Sthira Sukham Asanam – a balance of steadiness (sthira) and ease (sukham).

1️⃣ Yamas – Ethical principles (kindness, truth, non-attachment)
2️⃣ Niyamas – Self-discipline (purity, gratitude, self-study)
3️⃣ Asana – Physical postures (steady & easeful movement)
